This American company is a leader in the field of compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers and other technology. Gardner Denver CZ + SK has offices in the Platinium Centre in Brno, where it provides administrative and financial services for its European branches. It has been operating in the Moravian capital since 2011.
We designed and furnished two floors of Gardner Denver in Brno. The modern reception area with comfortable seating is connected to a corridor with unconventional black and white graphic art and motivational slogans on the walls. The corridor was designed in a practical way, adapted to allow people from different departments to easily reach their colleagues on the other side of the floor.
The key press centre was also relocated, making it easier to reach and closer to all teams. While waiting in line, employees can sit in a compact booth and talk to their colleagues.
Overall, we've added more soft zones for informal gatherings and nooks and crannies away from work areas. These are also designed to bring employees across teams closer together, allowing them to discuss even crucial matters over coffee.
