LIKO-Vo

LIKO-S, a family owned business that is a leading manufacturing and construction firm from Slavkov u Brna, presented the first living hall in the world - LIKO-Vo, which, compared to other hall buildings, can reduce heat radiation and cool its surroundings by up to 10° C. It uses the concept of "living buildings" based on natural thermal stabilization, which is ensured by a green roof and facade, a retention pond and other technologies.

Next to the production hall we created adjoining, clean and timeless office spaces. Due to the indented and diverse construction of the building itself, we decided to design the interiors of the office in a technical spirit so that its look corresponds to its production segment, which consists of a welding hall. Solitary elements are used in the space for revitalization. They connect to the outdoor, green facade and the roof. For relaxation during and after work, it is possible to use the spacious terrace and an adjacent garden, where various types of seating are installed.
