For our client CONECTART, we comprehensively designed the reconstruction of the contact centre. After carrying out extensive building modifications, we then completely equipped these spaces with furniture. A key part of the interior is the open-space office which serves more than forty operators who take care of customer satisfaction for SAMSUNG, a leading manufacturer of mobile devices, TV&AV technology and home appliances in the world. The newly created spaces, such as a relaxation zone with a dining area, a training room and an experience zone, meet the requirements for a comfortable environment for working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The combination of materials and colours used is a blend of the corporate cultures of both companies and creates a pleasant contrast together.
