We designed and furnished two floors for Denver Gardner in Brno. The modernly equipped reception with a comfortable sofa was connected to a hallway containing interesting black and white graphic drawings and motivational mottos. We thought out the hallway practically and adjusted it simply so that people from different departments could get to their colleagues on the other side of the floor. We also transferred the vital print center, making it easily accessible and close to all teams. People in line could wait in the compact box area and have a chat with their colleagues in the meantime.
Overall, we gave the space more soft zones for informal meeting and niches away from work spaces. These should bring employees closer together. Even employees from different teams could go over important issues with a coffee in hand.
